Touch-based user interfaces not running

1. Open the WebConfig→Browser Window

2. Enter Expert mode (Keyboard ctrl + y)

3. Add "--touch-events=enabled" in the "ChromiumCmdLineSwitches" settings.

4. Push the Apply Button
