html svg tag is not correctly displayed

if the html svg tag is not correctly displayed or the error message "compiled shaders are not okay" is in the browser-log file do following.

1. Open the WebConfig→Browser Window

2. Enter Expert mode (Keyboard ctrl + y)

3. Remove the "--enable-gpu-rasterization" from the "ChromiumCmdLineSwitches" settings.

4. 

5. Push the Apply Button
